As a dentist, I’m most passionate about providing individualized, advanced dental care that helps each patient achieve their goals. Modern dentistry allows me to deliver incredible, lasting results and to do so comfortably. When a patient thanks me at the end of a procedure for making it painless, I’m thrilled. I know they’ve learned that a visit here is nothing to worry about!
I love getting to know and build relationships with each of my unique and special patients. I learn from them every day, as much as or more than they learn from me. When a person shares stories of their life, experiences, and dreams, I am honored to be included in their world.
Dentistry is about improving quality of life. I am able to restore function and oral health, relieve pain, and make a smile even more beautiful. I am also able to educate people and encourage them to appreciate the importance of their oral and overall wellness. It’s an incredible feeling when I see a patient take control of their health!

I’ve been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years; my team has been by my side for many of those years. Each is highly skilled and loves what they do: they care about each patient as much as I do and are committed to providing the best care in a supportive, safe environment. My team is the bedrock of the practice and is why we’re successful!

I think now is the best time to be a dentist. Advances in technology, materials, and techniques mean more comfortable care and truly amazing results for patients. Part of being a dentist is remaining current on these changes by constantly learning about developments and expanding and honing my skills. Through continuing education, I ensure my patients achieve their healthiest, happiest smiles and love the care I deliver.

Beyond the Office
I grew up in Waipahu. After completing dental school, I returned to Hawaii. I’ve lived in Mililani for more than 25 years with my wife Karen, our two children, Daniel and Marissa, and our dog, Hachi. I love living here in this family-oriented community!
When I’m not caring for patients, time with my family is a priority. I’ve also been involved with sports here in Mililani over the years, mainly coaching baseball and softball.
